L10 Network LLC ("L10," "we," "us," "our") is an official TikTok LIVE Creator Network that supports creators through structure, operational guidance, and media elevation.

L10 Network originated as a full-service social media marketing agency (SMMA) with hands-on experience in:

• In-house graphic design
• Media production
• Branding systems
• Content positioning for brands

We transitioned into the creator network space to apply professional media and brand standards to creators who want to operate at a higher level.

L10 is not an influencer agency, talent manager, or payroll service.

Eligibility Period:
Entry level for new participants. Trial status continues until creator achieves 500,000 diamonds earned OR completes 3 months of active participation, whichever comes first.

Access Includes:

• TikTok campaign coordination and communication
• Basic network support and guidance
• TikTok promotional benefits provided to L10 Network
• Foundational media and content guidance
• Participation in TikTok Creator Network campaigns (subject to TikTok eligibility)

Expectations:

• Stream frequency: 15-18 hours per week for first 5 weeks
• Focus on building strong content foundation
• Professional representation of L10 Network
• Compliance with all TikTok and L10 policies

Important Notes:

• Trial creators retain all campaign rewards earned during this period
• L10 may remove trial creators at any time, with or without cause
• Trial creators may exit at any time without penalty
• Support is provided at foundational level to ensure quality base before advancement

Achievement:
Official Member status is granted after reaching 500,000 diamonds OR completing 3 months as L10 Creator, whichever comes first.

Full Access Includes:

• In-house production support
• Brand deal coordination and opportunities
• Free professional photoshoots
• Personal branding services
• Graphic design services
• Advanced media elevation guidance
• All TikTok Creator Network benefits
• Priority consideration for premium opportunities

Expectations:

• Stream frequency: Approximately 40 hours per week
• Maintain professional standards and content quality
• Active engagement with network resources and feedback
• Continued compliance with all policies

Important Notes:

• The 500,000 diamond milestone may significantly increase eligibility for premium brand opportunities
• Official Members receive elevated support and in-house creative services at no cost

L10 Network focuses on media elevation and professional positioning, not engagement manipulation.

L10 is the makeup and the wig, not the performance itself.
You still step on stage and do the work.

L10 Network does not:

• Guarantee earnings, payouts, or bonuses
• Promise brand deals or sponsorships
• Manipulate engagement, views, or diamonds
• Pay creators directly
• Control TikTok approval, eligibility, or rewards
• Act as an employer or manager
• Take any percentage of creator earnings or TikTok rewards

Creators remain independent operators responsible for their own content, behavior, and performance.

L10 Network charges:

• NO membership fees
• NO commission on TikTok earnings
• 0% of TikTok campaign rewards
• 0% of diamond earnings
• 0% of gifts or tips

L10 Network does NOT:

• Pay creators directly
• Process creator payments
• Hold or distribute TikTok earnings

All earnings come directly from TikTok:

• Diamonds, gifts, and tips processed by TikTok
• Campaign rewards paid by TikTok per their terms
• Payment timing and amounts determined solely by TikTok
• TikTok handles all tax documentation (1099s, etc.)

What L10 Provides Instead:

• In-house services (production, branding, design) at no cost to Official Members
• Campaign coordination and communication
• Professional guidance and media elevation
• Access to brand deal opportunities coordinated by L10

Brand deals coordinated through L10 are handled on a case-by-case basis. Each brand deal is a unique offer with its own terms, compensation structure, and requirements. Specific terms will be communicated for each individual opportunity.

L10 Network operates as a partnered agency within TikTok's LIVE Backstage Creator Network program.

In the event of any conflict, TikTok's terms supersede L10's terms.

• All campaigns, rewards, incentives, and eligibility are owned and determined by TikTok
• L10 does not control payout timing, amounts, or qualification
• Participation in any campaign does not guarantee rewards
• TikTok policies supersede any guidance provided by L10
• L10 cannot override TikTok decisions regarding eligibility, rewards, disqualification, or enforcement

By joining L10 Network, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understand TikTok's ASA and Campaign Terms
• Understand L10 coordinates but does not control TikTok programs
• Will comply with all TikTok policies independently
• Acknowledge that any action by TikTok (suspension, disqualification, reward denial, account restrictions) is beyond L10's control and not the responsibility of L10 Network

From time to time, creators may be eligible to participate in TikTok-led campaigns.

• Campaign participation is optional
• Rewards are performance-based, not guaranteed
• TikTok determines final eligibility and outcomes
• Campaign availability may change or end at any time
• Trial creators are eligible to participate in campaigns subject to TikTok's requirements
• All campaign terms are governed by TikTok's Campaign Terms and Conditions

• Communicate opportunities to eligible creators
• Coordinate participation and provide guidance
• Educate creators on best practices
• Support creators in meeting campaign requirements

L10 does not issue, guarantee, or promise rewards.

All rewards are determined, processed, and distributed solely by TikTok according to their terms.

By joining L10 Network, creators agree to:

• Represent themselves and the network professionally at all times
• Follow TikTok and platform rules without exception
• Maintain ethical content practices
• Respond to network communications in a timely manner

• Trial Creators: 15-18 hours per week for the first 5 weeks
• Official Members: Approximately 40 hours per week ongoing
• Consistent quality and professionalism in all content

• Making misleading claims about income or rewards
• Misrepresenting L10 as a paying entity or employer
• Claiming L10 guarantees earnings or success
• Using L10's name to mislead followers about earnings potential
• Harassment, illegal activity, or fraudulent behavior
• Violation of any TikTok policies
• Tampering with campaigns or engagement metrics

• Accept and implement feedback related to media presentation and standards
• Maintain professional branding aligned with network standards
• Build and maintain strong content foundation before advancing techniques

Creators understand that individual behavior can affect network standing and eligibility for opportunities.

L10 Network provides guidance, structure, and support as-is.

• Income or earnings of any kind
• Growth in followers, views, or engagement
• Engagement metrics or performance
• Brand deals or sponsorships
• Campaign selection or approval
• Long-term participation or membership
• TikTok rewards or bonuses
• Results from following our guidance

Results depend entirely on:

• Creator performance and effort
• Consistency and professionalism
• Platform decisions made by TikTok
• Market conditions and audience response
• Creator skill and content quality

All operational guidance, creative feedback, and recommendations provided by L10 Network are advisory only and not mandatory direction. Creators retain full creative control over their content and streaming activities. Following L10's advice does not guarantee any specific outcome, and L10 is not liable for results from implemented guidance.

Creators may leave L10 Network at any time by:

• Notifying their assigned Team Leader or Manager
• Team Leader/Manager will inform L10 HR for processing

Upon Creator Exit:

• No notice period required
• Immediate loss of access to L10 in-house services, groups, and resources
• Creator retains all campaign rewards earned prior to exit date
• Creator must remove "L10 Network" branding from bio/profiles within 7 days
• Creator may keep portfolio work (photos, designs) already delivered by L10
• Active brand deals will be handled on a case-by-case basis

During Trial Period (L10 Creator Status):

• L10 may remove trial creators at any time, with or without cause
• No advance notice required
• Creator retains all campaign rewards earned prior to removal date

After Achieving Official Status (L10 Member):

• L10 may remove members for cause (see reasons below)
• 7-day advance notice will typically be provided
• Immediate removal without notice may occur when necessary to protect network integrity
• Creator retains all campaign rewards earned prior to removal date

Removal may occur for violations including but not limited to:

• Violation of TikTok policies or L10 Network terms
• Fraudulent activity, bots, or engagement manipulation
• Making false income claims or guarantees using L10's name
• Misrepresenting L10 as an employer or payment entity
• Harassment, illegal activity, or harm to network reputation
• Account suspension or ban by TikTok
• Failure to meet professional standards despite feedback and support
• Failure to meet minimum streaming requirements without communication
• Misuse of L10 branding or intellectual property

Enforcement is handled case-by-case based on severity and context. L10 reserves the right to issue warnings or proceed directly to removal depending on the violation.

• All access to L10 resources, groups, and platforms ends immediately
• Brand deals in progress will be evaluated case-by-case
• Active TikTok campaigns continue per TikTok's terms (L10 exit does not affect TikTok campaign participation)
• Creator may not use L10 branding or claim affiliation after exit
• Creator retains ownership of portfolio assets already delivered (photoshoots, designs)
• Contact information will be removed from L10 systems within 30 days

• Include "L10 Network Creator" or "L10 Network Member" in bio/profile
• Use official L10 badges or graphics provided by L10
• Mention L10 Network affiliation in content and streams
• Display L10 branding in overlays and graphics (if provided)

• Claim L10 pays salary, guarantees income, or promises earnings
• Alter, modify, or distort L10 logos or official branding
• Use L10 name to mislead followers about earnings potential or guarantees
• Imply employment relationship, partnership, or agency representation with L10
• Make unauthorized statements on behalf of L10 Network
• Use L10 branding for personal business ventures outside the network

• Remove all L10 branding from profiles, bios, and overlays within 7 days
• Stop claiming affiliation with L10 Network in any capacity
• Cease use of L10 logos, badges, and graphics
• May retain and use portfolio work created by L10 (photos, designs) for personal use

Failure to remove branding after exit may result in intellectual property enforcement.

L10 Network is committed to protecting creator privacy and using data responsibly.

• Account analytics and performance data (provided by TikTok)
• Content submitted for review or feedback
• Branding materials and media files
• Performance data from TikTok campaigns

• Providing personal branding services (photoshoots, graphics, media positioning)
• Campaign coordination and eligibility assessment
• Network performance tracking and improvement
• Communication about opportunities, updates, and network information
• Quality assurance and creator support

• Data is stored on secure servers located in the United States
• Access is limited to authorized L10 staff only
• Industry-standard security measures are employed to protect creator information

• Data retained during active membership
• Upon exit: Contact information deleted within 30 days
• Portfolio work (photos, designs) may be archived unless creator requests deletion
• Performance records may be retained for business analytics (anonymized when possible)

• We share basic performance data with TikTok as required by the ASA
• We do not sell creator data to third parties
• Brand partners may receive creator information only for specific deal coordination and only with creator consent
• We may share anonymized, aggregated data for business purposes

California residents and creators have the right to:

• Request access to data we have collected about you
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Opt out of data sharing (note: may limit available services)
• Receive information about data collection practices

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

L10 Network (including its officers, employees, managers, and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability for:

• Lost earnings or income of any kind
• Missed campaign rewards or bonuses
• Denied brand deal opportunities
• Time or effort invested
• Business expenses incurred

• TikTok account restrictions, suspensions, or bans
• Campaign disqualifications or reward denials
• Changes in TikTok policies or programs
• Platform algorithm changes affecting performance
• Removal from TikTok Creator Network

• Equipment malfunction or technical difficulties
• Internet connectivity problems
• Platform downtime or service interruptions
• Lost or corrupted content or data

• Viewer behavior or harassment
• Copyright claims or disputes
• Brand deal cancellations or changes
• Third-party service failures

• Results (or lack thereof) from implementing L10's guidance
• Creative decisions made by creators
• Content performance or audience reception

Creators participate in L10 Network at their own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, creators agree to indemnify and hold harmless L10 Network, its officers, employees, managers, and agents from and against any and all:

• Claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees)
• Arising from alleged or actual infringement of third-party intellectual property rights
• Arising from breach of these Terms or TikTok policies
• Arising from creator content, statements, or conduct
• Arising from creator's participation in campaigns or brand deals
• Related to tax obligations or employment classification disputes

By joining L10 Network, creators accept these Terms & Conditions through:

Primary Method:

• Accepting the contract created by TikTok in the TikTok LIVE Backstage platform during onboarding

Ongoing Acceptance:

• Continued participation in L10 Network activities after receiving these terms constitutes acceptance
• Accessing L10 resources, services, or opportunities indicates agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of January 1, 2026 for all creators joining or participating in L10 Network on or after this date.

L10 Network reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time for legitimate business reasons, including but not limited to:

• Changes in TikTok policies or requirements
• Legal or regulatory compliance
• Operational improvements
• Service expansions or changes

We will notify creators of material changes to these Terms through:

• Email communication to registered email address
• Announcements in L10 Network communication channels

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of material changes.

Continued participation in L10 Network after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must exit L10 Network by notifying your Team Leader or Manager.

Creators are independent contractors, not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of L10 Network.

This means:

• No employment relationship exists
• No employee benefits are provided (health insurance, retirement, paid time off, etc.)
• No workers' compensation coverage
• No unemployment insurance eligibility through L10
• Creators control their own schedule and methods (within platform requirements)

As independent contractors, creators are solely responsible for:

• All applicable taxes (federal, state, local, self-employment)
• Business licenses or permits required in their jurisdiction
• Personal liability insurance (if desired)
• Business expenses and equipment
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• L10 Network does not withhold taxes from any payments
• L10 does not issue 1099 forms (TikTok handles all payments directly)
• Creators must report all earnings to tax authorities independently

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these Terms or L10 Network participation shall be resolved through:

Informal Resolution First:
Parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution before pursuing legal action.

Jurisdiction:
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Providence County, Rhode Island.

Exception:
Nothing in this section limits L10's right to seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations or breach of confidentiality.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with:

• TikTok's LIVE Backstage Services Agreement (ASA)
• TikTok's Campaign Terms and Conditions
• TikTok's Terms of Service and policies
• L10 Network Privacy Policy

constitute the entire agreement between creators and L10 Network regarding membership and participation.

L10's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or L10's right to enforce it in the future.

Creators may not transfer, assign, or delegate their rights or obligations under these Terms to any other person or entity without L10's prior written consent.

L10 may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Sections relating to intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination of membership.

Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation of these Terms.
